Commissions

If I am employeed by a developer selling condo conversions, and my sales license is voluntarily inactive, is it legal to receive commissions based on what I sell?

Hi:

It is my understanding that you should be at least in the process of activating your license. Contact the Fl Department of State Div of Lic for further info.
