Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Common Real Estate Ownership

If two people bought a piece of land together 1/2 each. And one of them never paid for it. Is their a way to take their ownership away? What can be done to resolve this problem?

Thanks

It would depend upon the initial agreement to buy.
