Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
This concerns real estate in Fla. My siblings and I own property together. We want to sell and one person does not. What can we do if anything? It was left to us in my mothers will we have had it for 17 yrs.

You will need a real estate attorney to sue for partition. If all of the siblings want to sell, and you have one "hold-out" the court will order the property to be sold. The "hold-out" can buy the property, but must pay the market value. You may contact me via this web site for more details.
