Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

If a condiminium is in two names with equal ownership can one party transfer there ownership over to someone else? This is in the state of Florida.

Both owners are still alive and neither live in this unit.

Depends, but at a general rule, either or both party can sell/transfer their interest, unless there is a written agreement stating otherwise.

Yes. Unless there is an agreement to the contrary. However, being a condominium, the condominium has to approve the new owner.
