condo association versus our tenants
our tenants are being evicted not by us but by the condo assoc.they did not go for their iniatial screening with the board,which we were unaware of,but now after a parking dispute(where our tenant went to an owners only meeting)the association has given them ten days to move which they are refusing.what legal action do i have since i am trapped in the middle and have been threatened with lawyer fees and fines by the assoc.

The rental must be accordance with the condo rules. If you did not comply, you are on the hook.

You are responsible for all expenses and fees

since you failed to follow Condo procedure. I suggest you help your condo evict and seek reimbursements of fees from your tenant.
