Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Condo association will not fix a leak.

Over a week ago I noticed my Mexican tiles getting very dark around the closet where my water heater and AC unit are. I looked around and did not notice any leaks from inside my condo. Once I saw the leak I called the head of the board. She told me that she would send me a ''Repair Man'' A.S.A.P. The ''Repair Man'' was her husband and he is giving me the run-a-round that he fixed the roof and whatever is still wrong is my responsibility to fix. I would like to know to things:

1. Is any leak within the walls my responsibility.

2. Is her husband doing the work for the condominium a conflict of interest.
