Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My condo association's lawyer is about to hit me up with $20K worth of legal fees incurred in an injunction and declatory judgment. It isn't going well for me as I don't have the money to hire a lawyer. I am worried sick about a judgment being placeed on my homesteaded property. Will a trust be a possible way of making sure the condo lawyer or the association never takes possession of my unit?

No, and it is too late to do that. It is exempt property anyway. And you cannot afford not to have a lawyer.
