Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
We own a condo conversion in Pompano Beach Florida . We used to have 2 exits and one entrance to our community However 2 years ago the development /HOA closed one of the exit gates. Which now requires we drive 2 blocks around the development to leave . When we bought the condo that gate was open . Legally is there any action i could take to get it back open ?
