Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
condo docs
I live in a downstairs condo in delray beach. The people upstairs have a tile floor with no sub floor. The condo docs say you must put a sub floor in but they are not the original owners.. What legal recourse do I have.

You need to file a complaint with the manager or management company for the Association. If that does not bring you results, then you should ask for the item to be placed on the agenda for the next meeting of the Board of Directors and ask them to address this violation of the docs. Failing such, hire an attorney to enforce your rights.
