Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I have a condo in Floirida. I no longer want to keep it or the mortgage payment with it. If I give it back to the lender, do they have recourse on the balance or my other assets and property ??

Of course they do. The note is a debt. Giving the codo back does not affect your obligation to pay if the condo does not sell for an amunt necessary to pay your debt.
