Re: condo law ~ all due respect, Mr Stein's answer makes no sense 'Consult a Condo Attorney'? Either (State Statute) Ch 17 applies or amendment to condo dox can prevail regarding maint issues. Specifically, freon leak under ground under 4 story building ~ who is respon to repair?

With all due respect Chapter 17 of the Florida Statutes deals with the Chief Financial Officers office and not condo law.
