Condo Law in Miami FL?

A preconstruction condo project I invested in will be almost 3 full years before closing can take place.

Does the time frame give me an out if the contract does not seem to specify a completion time?

IF the contract was in my companies name but I signed does that give me any more leverage to get out of the contract?

3 years is unreasonable. I would have to read the contract to advise further.
