condo liens

What do i do if a wrongful lien is placed upon my property and i have all the documentation that all has been paid except for the unwarranted attourney fees

Go to the association and see if they will settle with you. Otherwise, you will need to hire your own attorney to pursue your options to challenge the lien and litigate the matter (probably significantly more expensive than settling).
