Condo ownership by couple

My girlfriend and I own a condo together and recently broke off our engagement and current relationship. I suggest we sell our condo and she refuses. What are my options?

there are several ways to resolve this matter. The first could be for you both go to a mediation session to work out the details of the money upon resale.The second would be to file a partition action(the court will order the property be sold) which is much more expensive.If you need representation call me.(I done this before)
