Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Condo Purchase

Florida, I purchased an apt, complex converted to condos. The owner rented many and then went bankrupt. The complex is now in the hands of a holding company. A real mess. Do I have any legal right to have the holding co. sell my condo along with the total complex?

I can then get out anf buy somewhere else.

If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.

I am not totally sure that I understand the fact pattern - specifically whether or not you have already closed on your purchase. If you have, you can do anything you want with your unit unless there is some legal action that would otherwise govern the same. If not, generally, you cannot resell until you close on your purchase. Based on this mess, you might be able to negotiate some resolution as you suggested with the holding company.
