Under Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes, the Association has the right to limit both the number of guests that may visit at any one time and the length of their stay. In addition, they can require you to notify them when guests will be staying with you.

All of this should be covered in the documents of the Association and should have been (or should/will be) provided to you by the Seller at or before your closing on the unit. If you have not received the Association documents, ask about them and review them now.

Read your documents, I doubt 2 permanent guests, who are not members of your family , would be permitted.
