Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I own a condominium unit that received water damage from the unit above mine when one of their toilets broke over night for more than six hours. Is the unit owner where the water leak occured responsible for the water damage to my unit?

Sue both the co-owner and the condominium association. Let the two defendants sort out who is more or less liable for the repairs to your unit.
