Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have a contract for Deed agreement, that states the other party is suppose to pay the property taxes out of the payments i make to him, well to come and find out he hasnt, now he called and said that we have to move out, cause of the tax lien on the property, can he do this

You have a breach of contract case, and unless someone pays the taxes, the property will be sold for back taxes, subject to any interests or liens of record. You need a real estate attorney to protect your interest in the property, and to do an accounting between you and your seller.
