Contract to Purchase Land

I was applying for a Lot Loan from BOA and they said I would need to provide a contract to purchase the land to lock in the interest rate. Where can I find the form to write up that contract? My dad is selling me the land, we are not using a real estate agent.

If you don't use an agent and don't use a lawyer, you will probably do something wrong. But you can google for forms, if you don't find them here.
