Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I co-own a house in Florida. My name is on the title. Is there any way I can force the other person off the title legally without selling or needing them to sign anything?

You cannot force them off. You can file partition action seeking to sell the property and split the proceeds per an accounting. You need an attorney to assist.
