Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am a co-owner of 10 acres of beachfront property in Florida that includes a house. I have tried the Miami-Dade on-line services with all combinations of names. But a Legal Description of the property is required. I have no other information.

I guess your question is how do you find your property. Before I answer that, it would be helpful to know how you acquired title to the property. Was it through probate, did you buy it, exactly how did this happen? Or, are you one of the heirs of the property, which has not yet gone through probate?

With more information it might be possible to give you a quick path to locating this. Email me if you would like, with complete details on how your claim of ownership came about, when, and where, and I will try to better direct you.
