corrective quitclam deed

if property was quit claim to me and notary forgot to sign as witness how can i resolve this.the quit claim was notorised and there is one otherwitness signiture but the notary did not sign as witness.is this document still valid

The paper is not in form to be recorded. It MAY be good between you and the grantor but likely not as against anyone else. Get a corrective deed.
