Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

if i am a co-signor and the first lease holder has zero chance to pay rent cause she does not make enough. Do I have the same rights to access of the residence ?

The lease agreement controls. You need it reviewed. A guarantor may may have a right of access.
