Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I am currenly under a lease agreement at a propery that has been foreclosed upon. The previous owners have broken their lease that ended in Novemeber 2010 and told me not to pay them any more. The process just begun in the courts and can take up to a year. Can I stay on the property until I am asked to leave even though I no longer have a lease with the previous owners. What are my rights and what must I do?

I am not sure what you mean by the 'previous owners breaking the lease'. However, if you have a valid lease, you can stay in the property until the lease term ends. However, you must abide by the lease provisions (i.e. paying your rent as directed by the lease).
