The current lease agreement expire September 1 2009, Tenant refuse to sign the next year lease, what are my recourse? Please email the answer

The tenant does not need to sign a new lease. If the tenant stays beyond the lease, then you have recourse. Please ask the question after expiration of the lease when you have a hold-over tenant.
