Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My dad owns 10 acres that is zoned agricultural, part of the property has 2 older homes. What would I have to do to put a home for myself on part of the property?

Your Dad must apply to County Planning and Zoning Board. He will need permission to expand the non conforming use. Good luck.
