Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My daughter ,as a condition of employment at Toll Bros.,a new home builder,had to sign a waiver that she would agree to her employer not paying her the back half of her commission, ,due at closing,.This if she resigned and I am sure the same if they fired her. She resigned and enough time transpired that she knew the houses had closed and of course no back end money. Is this legal and can she recover her money?Thank you,Burt Wallach

Sounds like such provision is a violation of public policy and unenforceable to me.
