Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My daughter in law bought a car from Auto Master in Cocoa, Fl. Gave then $2,800. & $320. a month/$160. every 2wks. They were 2wks, late Auto Master sent a repo man & repoed there suv. Now they have no vehichle, my son is unemployeed & seeking work. This just does not seem legal to me. 2wks. late & it gets reposessed. I have heard that Auto Master is a rip off & has done this to alot of other people. Can you help? PLEASE! we have no money, we need to know if they can screw people like this? The owner of Auto Master told me he did not want to deal with her anymore. If he can do that he needs to give them there $2800. back

They entered into a scam purchase. You have to look at the contract which was signed to know the rights and remedies.
