Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My daughter signed a 2 year lease on a home...now they want to sell it and have her family move. There is 1 year left on the lease...do they have any options?

If there is no provision in the lease to contrary, tenant can stay or ask LL to pay for new move.
