Re: deceased co-owner

If they owned it as Husband and Wife, it is hers to sell. I can represent her.

Re: deceased co-owner

This could be rather complex. Initially, it depends on the ownership of the property i.e. together, separtely, as a company, trust, etc.

In addition, there are rather complex tax reporting requirements on property sold by a non-resident.

Finally, depending on the amount of the sale and where the proceeds will go, there may be other federal government filings required.

If you wish to discuss this further with me, e-mail me your telephone number and the best time to call you.

Sincerely,

Robert B. Roemer
