Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My deceased husband has the property under his name and his son and daughter. His son came over and asked me to leave the property immediately. He bought the property in 1995, and made an agreement to have his kids take over the property if he ever died. I live in the state of FL, and i am unemployed. I have no where to go if they kick me out. Do i have any rights or chances with this case?

Yes you may. Homestead rights, elective share, etc. You need to consult with an attorney to figure out how to proceed. There is not enough information to determine what rights you may have.
