I am sole owner and sole occupent of a Florida home. Being of 84 years of age, I wish tortain my homestead excemption staus and yetRE_TILE to my daughters as sole suviors .

There are several options for you, including a life estate in your home with remainder to your daughters.

As long as it is your primary residency, you would still be eligible for homestead exemption.

You should meet with an attorney to either prepare a quit claim deed for you or discuss other available options.
