Deed form

I am single. I owned the condo. I'd like to add my son Arkadiy--name removed--to own this apartment also. Which deed form should I use:(Grant, General Warranty or Warranty Special? Thanks

Re: Deed form

Use a Quit Claim Deed. Be sure to file a Department of Revenue Form DR 219 with it at the same time or the Deed will not be recorded by the clerk of the court.
