Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My name is on the deed to the house me & my exhusband shared till two months ago but not on the mortgage. His is on the mortgage but not the deed. He has moved out but me and my two kids still live here. What are my options?

Options for what? You own the house.
He was placed on the mortgage because the property was your homestead, and the mortgage would not attach without his consent because of his marital rights. Unfortunately for him, he may still be liable on a default of the mortgage.
