How do I get my name off the deed to a house that has gone into foreclosure?

and he is the only one on the mortgage (yes I'm sure). I am on the deed and the deed only. I noticed that the house is now in foreclosure and is scheduled to be sold. I am also named on the foreclosure notice even though I�m not on the mortgage. , how can I get my name off the house/deed before the sale? I am located in South Florida

Call the lender and convey a deed in lieu of foreclosure.
