Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am on the deed but not on the mortgage to a house my boyfriend is trying to get me kicked out of. What legal rights do I have to live here if he sues me? I was served papers today for a lawsuit that mentions no cause.

Being in the deed gives you ownership interest. You need an attorney to assist with the lawsuit.
