Deed and mortgage in both of our namaes
My girlfriend left me unanounced two weeks ago left out of state with no forwarding phone or address. Mortgage and title in both of my names, she left with the deed to the property and I am left paying the mortgage, insurance and all utility expenses which we split each month. I would like to take this property over which I believe she forfieted her right after she left me without an exit stradigy. what are my options

You will have to bring an action in partition to sell and recoup your expenses.
