Hard to sell the entire property. Depends on exactly how it is titled, tenants in common or tenants by survivorship? If you are tenants in common, you can sell your interest even without everyone else. You can file a partition action against any relatives who dont want to sell and force the issue that way. Hire an attorney.

You cannot, without their consent. Your option is to buy them out, have the buy you out or seek an order of partition (compelling a sale) in court.
