Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Deed Transfers

In the transfer of a warranty deed, do both the grantor and grantee need to sign? I have deeds for the state of Florida, Missouri, and Pennsylvania. Each deed form is different and unclear as to signature requirements.

Only the grantor(s) need to sign a deed in the State of Florida together with two witnesses and a notary public.
