When we bought our house, my name was on the deed. Now it's not. How can my name be removed from a deed without my permission and how do I get it put back on the deed.

I would advise you to look at the county records-they should show you who was an owner(title)-I think it could be a small error-the only way your name is generally removed from title is by sale or foreclosure(both of which you would be aware of).If you need any help call me or send me a e-mail.
