Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I am defending myself in foreclosure in Florida. I Filed a motion, bank's attorney says I can't because I am not an attorney. Is this true, and if so, how does one defend themselves?

If the property is owned by a corporation, then you need to get an attorney. You cannot file anything on behalf of the corporation. If you own the property personally, then you can file documents in the foreclosure case.
