If I deposit money in a trust account can a mortgage collection agency get into the account to collect the money difference between the price the house sold at foreclouser & the mortgage balance in Florida

Hi. I'm not sure what you mean by a trust account. If you mean an account titled in your living trust, these accounts provide no protection from creditors. However, a collection company would need to sue you and obtain a fina judgment prior to having the ability to gain access to money in your accounts.
