deposit refund

we sined acotract on a house and paid 15 thousands down payment .we got preapproved that if we sell our house we will put 90 thousands down payment but we did not sell our house or rent it besides the prices dropped in the market and they promissed us price protectin if thebase price went down which it did now they do not want to adjust the price and we can not aford the house without selling our house they want to approve us anyway so we have to do do we get our money back?if we did not close or is it possible to get price adjustment with the ppp what they call promise price protectin the companie's policy as they promissed
