I sold a property in apirl 2011 to the Lollys but then the people I sold it to resold July 2011 to the laubhan.

Now in my contract with the Lollys on pg 6 it state : The easement for the say Verizon cell tower location is 115 ft x 115 ft is which the sell Mr Harkless shall continue and r remind owner of say easement and Verizon cell tower lease .

But here is my problem : Verizon want either a new easement agreement or an estoppels letter from the Laubhan

The Laubhan are refusing to do so ....

This is not your problem. The issue is between Verizon and the new owner.
