Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I am developing a small Townhouse project of 16 units consisting of 3 buildings. Building #1 first sale a convicted sex offender purchased. I have been unable to sell another unit for the past 4 months. is there any requirement for the offender to disclose to the Seller of a multifamily property that he is a sex offender and that once he purchases, no one else will buy the next Townhouse??? Not funny

You needed an attorney representing you in the first sale and you need one even more now. No requirement that the sex offender notify you about this, but the public record information was available to you to apprise yourself of this prior to signing any contracts.
