Disbanned HOA the still owns Access tracks.

How would I obtain the Access 3 track that sit beside my lot.

Chances are you will need to file a quiet title action and name the prior owner of the track...most likely CSX railway. Before knowing how much work is involved I would need to perform a title search. Please contact me at [email protected] for more information.
