Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We were discharged from bankruptcy and were served Alias Summons from the mortgage holder who is trying to foreclose on the house. What's gonna happen next and can the plaintiff or court garnish any funds we have in our savings account?

You should confirm that this mortgage holder was listed properly in your bankruptcy petition. If so, then they can not go after you with regards to the account. If not, the mortgage holder will be allowed to go after to the full extent of the law.
