discloser on as is property
we purchased a mobile home in a park. It was sold by the owner of the mobile home as is with no implied warrenty.my question is this.. when purchasing an ''as is'' home, do the sellers ,by law, still have to disclose any major problems with the property ? if the did not tell us about such problems, do we have any legal action ?

Yes, the seller is generally obligated to disclose any problems the seller knows about that adversely and materially affect the value of the property. Otherwise, you may have a fraud in the inducement claim against the seller. Good luck.
