disclosure
bought house in 2003, found out house has had extreme termite damage, whole side of house replaced by former owners,this was never mentioned of course, now i feel like no matter how much i have it treated, the threat of reinvestation, is great. were they legally required to disclose this, and what kind of attorney should i consult?

If the part of the home that was damaged by termites was properly repaired or replaced, how have you been harmed?
