distribution of funds

I closed on a real estate deal with the title Company a check was issued and the check was forged by another partner whose name appeared with my own on the check. It was proven to be a forgery and the title company refuses to give me another check in my name only. My portion of the proceeds from the sale. saying they must recieve the forged check back the credit union who took the check refuses to sent it to the title company saying the othe party who forged the checks now qwes them when paidd the will release the check. that's not my fault why are they holding my check can the do this what about the interpleader writ to force the distribution of funds. Your claim is with your partner. Unless you can prove the bank was negligent they are not responsible for the forgery.
